November 08, 2023 The market in my area is dominated by 1 provider. And really no competition. And updates the Internet speed is hard to do. I really only have 1 option for internet. And wish that I had more options to save on funds as well as speed of internet.

GCI Cable
January 05, 2023 My internet service provider has a monopoly on cable internet. This means they can charge whatever they want. They also limit our data usage and throttle dowlnoad speeds way down if you go over that limit. They are gatekeeping the internet because they have no competition. I would even say it is price gouging and I really wish Google Fiber was available, but it never will be in Alaska.
