November 18, 2025 Our internet service is mediocre, at best. It works moderately well most of the time but then we'll go through a period of a few days where the service is spotty. It goes in and out regularly for days for no reason. We've also had to have them come out to look at our equipment and they were prompt and quick with it but then it started doing the same flickering again shortly after. Despite having all of the equipment replaced. The speeds themselves are also unstable. Some days, the internet is very quick and gaming works great. Other days, gaming is lagging, downloads take an unreasonable amount of time, and the service just won't let anything connect in general. I definitely wouldn't recommend them but there aren't many options in our area.

October 05, 2024 My internet service is built into my hoa fee. During the pandemic the service was unreliable. I lost service for 30 minutes or more almost on a weekly basis. It has been much better for the last one to two years. It has been months since our last significant service outage.
