April 11, 2023 Well I am satisfied with the speed of the Internet, I feel like it is a little pricey. Especially after the initial promotion price, which was a pretty good price. However, I have had very good service with their customer service folks. Not only have they help me on my specific problems but they have also helped me save some money as well.

Verizon Fixed Wireless
March 21, 2023 Decided to switch to Verizon home internet since there are no cable/fiber options available in our area and the DSL speeds were abysmally slow. We stared with T-Mobile internet service but were getting inconsistent speeds with frequent dropped connections. The switch to Verizon was paired with upgrading our mobile cellular service as well so it was financially an improvement as well. The set up could not have been easier. All that was required was to take it out of the box and plug it in. Consistently get the 25mbps advertised speed from Verizon and have very few dropped connections since installation. Overall very happy with the service. Only downsides are the speed cap is somewhat limiting when multiple people are visiting the house.

February 21, 2023 With spectrum you run into similar issues you run into in any suburb area. They pretty much have a monopoly of the zip code I'm in. Therefore you get whatever they decide to put out. The service is decent, but its quite a bit overpriced. About $100 is the cheapest plan they offer in my area.

February 10, 2023 My internet is bundled with cable TV and a lindline phone. I am planning to cancel soon because my bill just keeps going up. Other than my home, it's my highest monthly bill. It's a shame, because I am happy with the service, just not the pricing.
