XFINITY Cable
September 27, 2024 As a suscriber to Xfinity's internet services, I feel there are a couple benefits they provide. They have extensive coverage and various options to choose from. I appreciated the feasibility of setting up my wifi. They provide clear instructions on how to do it. Customer service went above and beyond for issues that came up, such as outages. Based on this omission, there were some issues. While the internet speed was decent, there have been crashes. These would not be fixed for hours to a day. As a college student, this caused amplified stress especially during exams and quizzes. Also, I have experienced price hikes that were not evident from the start. I would advise people to do their research on certain plans and to look at other reviews regarding the disadvantages that are not as well known.

October 08, 2026 When it works, it is good, but there is no real customer service. The site says you can call till 9 PM ET, but when you try, it tells you they are closed. The chatbot sucks and never knows what you are talking about. Their app works like it was made by a first-year high school student. The people chatting have to translate to whatever language they speak, so it is slow and not always in the right order; it is like talking to Yoda half the time. This is one of the worst places to deal with or get help when it is needed.
