January 02, 2025 I have currently had Quantum Fiber internet for the past year and a half as they purchased the services to my apartment. When this internet service provider originally took over, my internet services were very spotty and had a very poor connection. For example, I was paying for gigabit internet and was only able to receive around 100 mbps at all times. Furthermore, my phone was having connectivity problems with only my router in the apartment which led to MULTIPLE weeks of talking to support professionals to try and rectify these problems. There were several tech agents that would end the support chat with me if I was not responding fast enough also which would lead to me having to wait in the queue once again to get support.
After a couple weeks of this, everything was finally solved and I now receive a great monthly rate for gigabit internet and have not had any problems with connectivity or loss of service.

December 20, 2024 I was not sure what to expect from a fiber company associated so closely with CenturyLink due to mixed experiences with CenturyLink over many years. However, when Quantum announced they had labeled cables in my neighborhood I was very excited to try it. I have had some issues with the hardware provided over the past year that I have had the service and there have been some occasional issues/outages, however overall I do feel immensely satisfied with the service and do not plan to cancel it or swap providers for the foreseeable future.

September 25, 2026 Very poor service. I pay for 12mbs, my speed is consistently below 5mbs, and latency runs up to 1.5 SECONDS at times. Video is buffering every 5 - 10 min for 2 -3 min, web pages load very slowly. I call support and the schedule for 2 - 3 weeks out. When the techs came out, multiple times, they are not able fix or improve the DSL. I have not had dial tone for 2 weeks. Time for a provider change.
