September 18, 2026 Awful install experience, weird service, lax security and complicated setup. My building is forcing everyone to use Zentro and the entire building hates them. Previously we were forced to use Xfinity and despite their awful reputation, they have become the hero of this story, and all of the building wishes we still had them. Definitely wouldn't recommend Zentro, not even to an enemy.

July 10, 2026 Internet service is good most of the time. Spotty sometimes. The install was a nightmare and continues with neighbors getting installs while the main box is in our yard. The installers continue to break up our landscaping, edging, and will not replace or repair. Called main office and got no help there at all. Had to call a technician to come out once and he was no help at all.

April 13, 2026 Two years ago, I accidently cut the fiber line with the snow blower as it was not buried very deep, Pulse came out and fixed it by using a weatherproof box. They said they would return to bury it when the weather got better. 2 years and nothing happened. I had a water leak and had to remove a section of the fence. Called 411 and was told the pulse line was within 3 feet of where I had to dig. Pulse told me go ahead. I mentioned the line they were supposed to bury 2 years ago, they said they would get it done on Friday. It has been three weeks and still nothing.
