May 03, 2026 Unfortunately I live in an area where there is only one internet provider. Even though their prices are too high for the speed they provide, I have no other choice if I want to have internet. Fiber is installed just half a mile up the road, but unable to be installed where I live. The internet regularly goes out as well.

April 13, 2026 AT&T U-Verse is satisfactory. My husband and I have used this service for over ten years. In the beginning, the service was great. The internet was fast, which was perfect for someone like me who works remotely. The cable was great...the "On-Demand" services had many good offerings. The landline (yes, we still have a landline) worked perfectly. All of that at a fair cost. Now, unfortunately, there are daily outages...several times a day. On top of that, the cost has increased significantly. So far, we have chosen to stick with them but are considering other options. Hopefully, they will make improvements in the near future.

April 08, 2026 Overall, the internet from TEC is fine. When it is good, it’s great! I had the fiber option when I lived out in the country about 15 minutes from town, and it worked great. For some reason being right in town close to the hub, we have more issues with speed and connectivity, so that lends to some frustration with the internet service. Customer service wise though, the company is great and it’s technicians are very helpful! I would definitely suggest the company to others looking for service options in my area.

February 28, 2026 Spectrum is a low quality, high priced internet service provider. They have constant outages and will throttle your speed for seemingly no reason at all. Their customer service is marginally better than when I first started using it years ago, but I also keep my interactions with them to minimum. The worst thing though is the pricing which goes up every year (if you're not lucky enough to have a promotional credit) while the Internet service keeps getting worse. Overall I give it a 3/10, do not recommend.
