Quantum Fiber
April 22, 2025 QF was quick to install but never returned to bury the cable. After six weeks, I contacted them and was told they would escalate my issue. Three months later and the cable was still exposed. Since the line was never buried is was caught in a mower. Getting QF to come back to repair the line has been a nightmare. The customer service does not have the ability to schedule in real time. It looks like I will be without internet for over a week before someone is suppose to come to repair the line. This is a problem in an age where someone relies on the internet to work from home.

March 02, 2023 I chose Comcast because it was the cheapest rate per month. I chose the package that gives me 25 mb/sec, however my internet speed has consistently been over 50 mb/sec. I'm very satisfied as it seems like Comcast is providing a higher speed without charging me the cost. I'm sure other providers offer better price/mb/sec, however I haven't noticed a need for a higher speed. If Comcast or someone else offered a cheaper package at a smaller speed, I'd probably switch over.
