October 08, 2026 I lose internet every single day, and even though it's usually for under 20 minutes, it still means I have to drop my streaming device, close WOW, reconnect, and try to find my stream and start it back up. I don't think that expecting service for 24 hours a day is such a big ask.

June 19, 2023 I am very dissatisfied with my internet service as a whole, as well as the lack of customer service. I live in Florida and the service and connection has been horrendous following the last two hurricanes. After Hurricane Ian, I did not have cell service for 5 days and was out of internet for an additional 5 with no updates from Spectrum. It is a shame because I pay more for fiber and they seemingly do not care to service the areas affected by the hurricanes. I hope that my internet provider gets better as a whole because I work from home and often have to come up with excuses for my clients when I lose my internet, and it takes time to reboot.
