May 28, 2023 Spectrum is my internet provider through my apartment complex. Their standard wifi is garbage, sometimes I have to turn my hotspot on in my own apartment. Most people around me had to get a different wifi provider because of how bad it was. Once I move out of my apartment, I would rather use any other internet provider.

May 24, 2023 The only reason I remain with Spectrum is because they're the only service available where I live. The cost is way too high considering the quality of the service. We're constantly having outages and our speed is incredibly slow. I would not recommend Spectrum to anyone.

April 29, 2023 My internet provider is a basic plan and is not horribly priced. It is the only internet provider that services the area I am in, so this company is my only point. I would prefer to use a different company and have more options, but unfortunately don't have that option. I am fine with my current provider, but would be interested in another option if provided.
