I have not had spectrum very long (about 2 months), but the customer service is top notch (I had to stop our phone conversation because of an appointment, and he said he would call me back at 5 PM. He called back on the DOT, when most others would have you call back). The tech who came out to hook everything up had to work in the rain, but he never once complained, was super efficient, and answered a ton of questions for us. The app is user friendly, and billing is a breeze!
