January 14, 2026 I have not had spectrum very long (about 2 months), but the customer service is top notch (I had to stop our phone conversation because of an appointment, and he said he would call me back at 5 PM. He called back on the DOT, when most others would have you call back). The tech who came out to hook everything up had to work in the rain, but he never once complained, was super efficient, and answered a ton of questions for us. The app is user friendly, and billing is a breeze!

December 23, 2025 Ever since I cancelled my cable and DVR subscriptions in 2014, the price has steadily crept up and beyond its old cost. Also my service has been spotty and slow over the past few months. They sent out a contractor to drill a hole in my wall and install a new line from the street, but that did not resolve the issue. The contractor's work was sloppy and careless, and I feel I am being overcharged for poor service.
