AT&T Fiber
July 10, 2025 I am happy with my internet provider. The one thing I have noticed though, is that no matter what company you go with it always seems like you never get the actual speed that you are supposed to be paying for. Right now I am currently pay for the highest tier internet and I should be receiving 1gig but when I run speed tests, I am only get an 326 mbps download and 211mbps upload - as of right now. While my internet is super fast, it still isn't anywhere near the speed that I am paying for.

April 17, 2023 My current area does not offer many options for internet and our current provider is the only one that has the monthly bandwidth allotment we need, so we are stuck with this. The internet speeds that we pay for are never as high as advertised. They of course say that they only offer "up to" that speed so they can get away with that. Overall, our speeds aren't usually so bad, they are very fast for the household who uses multiple devices daily for downloads, gaming, streaming, etc. However, its not as reliable as other providers out there. We experience lag issues consistently, down times weekly which can be hours at a time, and there aren't many options available to fix it remotely. You almost always have to schedule a tech to come out and it is rarely a next day service. You often have to schedule a few days out. Working from home and doing online schools has proven challenging with this unreliability from my provider.
