Customer service is proactive in recommending pricing options that are benefical to the customer. They are consistent with equipment upgrades and service upgrade announcements and communications. Using cox is alright. I haven't been a customer for very long so others may have differing opinions. The way they handle customers is fine, not exceptional. As someone who has a lower budget and was looking for internet for working from home, they do the job.
