My internet has been down for an entire week. No one has called or come by to get it fixed. I keep hearing the same thing. They are waiting for a supervisor's approval for whatever they need approval for- I have no idea.... so what I'm going to do is come to the review board each day and give a low review until they come out and get my internet back up! i thing i know is a bad/low review will run these ratings down. My company needs internet to be able to work, and we can't do that, so we are losing. Nextlink will lose as well! Sherippa London- 979-702-9431
