September 25, 2026 Very poor service. I pay for 12mbs, my speed is consistently below 5mbs, and latency runs up to 1.5 SECONDS at times. Video is buffering every 5 - 10 min for 2 -3 min, web pages load very slowly. I call support and the schedule for 2 - 3 weeks out. When the techs came out, multiple times, they are not able fix or improve the DSL. I have not had dial tone for 2 weeks. Time for a provider change.

August 30, 2026 3 long 20 hour outages within 3 weeks. Took 25 minutes to reach a tech support person to report each outage. Fiber placed on the ground with a promise it would be buried After six weeks the fiber cable is still laying on the ground.

August 21, 2026 Customer service on the phone is inadequate, prices are very high and outages common. So overall value is poor. I got information that COX is now Spectrum- so I'm keeping the bar very low and I will find the time to replace them.
