Zito Cable
September 06, 2026 Zito Cable service suffers from extensive packet loss, especially between 10pm and 8am local. The download is advertised at 400Mbps and that is mostly provided; however, the upload is advertised at 25Mbps and averages 5Mbps throughout the day and regularly dropping to less than 1Mbps from 10pm to 8am local. Packet loss also increases significantly from 1 to 5% during the day to between 10 and 50% during the evening. Frequent connection drops occur throughout the entire day.

Zito Cable
September 06, 2026 For 3.5 years service has disconnected multiple times a day and suffered from packet loss that ranges from 4% to over 50%. I pay for 400/25Mbps and on average, when the connection holds, my upload is usually 4Mbps and regularly drops below 1Mbps. I am constantly told that the conditions of the network will be resolved soon. I have been waiting 3.5 years and still no resolution.
