They have had problems since start up and continually fail to provide customer service to resolve issues. They do not want to hear about problems they created with their software system changes that affect telephone and internet streaming. Picture freeze, loss of program streaming, tv will not function with remotes or direct controls and must be unplugged from power outlet. Loss of telephone connection, tv powers on and off randomly. Telephone line noise or poor quality connection. I was told their equipment is not compatible with surge protectors; I have whole house surge protectors installed and the representative did not know what they were. August of 2026 I had twelve outages. Since moving here power surges and outages are frequent as many as four in a day. Numerous electronics failures, hvac circuits, tv’s, appliances, stereo, and radio. The electric company said the problem is with my home wiring. I hired a master electrician and he could not find a problem with my home wiring. These two companies are one and the same and do not care about providing the service customers are paying a high price for poor service.

We just moved into a new house and had some trouble getting our fiber working from the previous owners.
