Customer Reviews for Internet Service Providers in Michigan

WOW! Cable
September 07, 2026 20 year customer with good service. A storm knocked out service to entire Detroit region for 3 days. Still out but they say there are no outages reported. 15 neighbors on Facebook say otherwise. Customer service will setup a tech in a few days. It is illogical to say the problem is in our homes and NOT get this looked at now. Time to research new provider.

XFINITY Cable
May 25, 2026 I think Xfinity is a really reliable internet service provider. I have had a few issues with connectivity throughout the years of having Xfinity, but they haven't been major. Their customer service is usually good, but there are times when it's bad. My issues with Xfinity mostly come from their pricing; I feel like they are a lot more expensive than other brands.

XFINITY Cable
May 09, 2026 Xfinity is WAY overpriced. While I understand they are the only provider in my area, I feel taken advantage of because of that. Show mee where is cost a home $250.00 a month to have internet and cable. And not even premium cable!
