October 31, 2024 My internet provider is great! They are friendly, and responsive if I have any problems. I have been with this provider for 7 years total, and have rarely had connection or speed issues. The online payment and website are easy to navigate. I believe the pricing is fair compared to other options around me.

May 01, 2026 I wish there was a discount for continued customers. It seems you can get a deal to become one, but it is hard to get a loyalty discount. There are not a lot of choices out there, so usually it is not easy to switch to a different provider. They like to sell you extra bells and whistles, but when it comes time to giving you a break on your pricing, it is usually the same story. Sorry, there are currently no discounts available for you. I wish there were better options out there.
