July 29, 2026 this is worst compant when it comes to customer service.new customer called me yesterday to confirm my install today betweem 8 and 12 at 11.08 got a call he is on his way.at 12.30 no show i called to find out and was told they wii call me in 30 min NO CALL called back and they lied that the tech could not get in the property.we dont have any gates in our sub division,its 1.30 and they now telling me to wait 30 min for someone to call me.i say good luck with this call back.

T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless
March 05, 2026 I switched from Comcast to T-Mobile a few years ago. I didn't have many options before that. T-Mobile is half the price of what I was paying Comcast, and I don't have to play games to try and get a lower price. It's also faster and doesn't have nearly as many outages.
