AT&T DSL
December 26, 2025 I live in a rural area and because of that, everything is ridiculously limited. AT&T is the only provider who will service this area ( at least it was when I moved here) and they only offer ONE tier. I should be getting sppeds upwards of 200 and of course, I am lucky if I can get half of that. When its cloudy outside, its as slow as DSL. Same with rain and snow. Same when people get home from work/school. It is solitarily the worst internet service I have ever had. But unfortunately I have no choice. What is even worse is that it has been so bad for so long, that I am almost used to it. I have at least supplemented my terrible internet service with a mesh system so that I can get slightly better service upstairs in my house (my office is upstairs), since otherwise I get nothing upstairs, even with an extender. The state of affairs as far as internet is concerned, is pure awful. It really is a necessarily evil.

December 19, 2025 I'm really not sure why the price of our internet keeps going up but the speed stays the same. Our last bill even when bundled with cable went up by $40 in one month. The issue may be that there are few (1) other options in our area. I am currently debating switching to T-Mobile's wireless service as I already use them for my cellular service. Late night outages have also been common recently and we get no explanation or refund when it happens.

AT&T DSL
November 16, 2025 I've had a good experience with my Internet provider so far. I moved into a new apartment about a year ago and started service with AT&T at that time. I had never used AT&T prior to this. I've had no major outages since starting service with AT&T, which is an upgrade from spotty service I've had in the past with Verizon. Overall, I'm pretty content with my current Internet provider.
