November 27, 2024 CentraCom is one of the view providers in my area, so I was limited in my options if I wanted higher speeds. Generally, my speeds have been reliable, but I pay more than I would for the same speeds through other providers. They have been responsive to any issues I've encountered and their representatives are always helpful and friendly. There haven't been hidden fees or changing pricing. In fact, when they introduced a faster speed tier, they lowered the cost of the existing tiers. For the choices that I have, I am happy with CentraCom as a provider.

August 06, 2024 We have been very happy with our internet provider. We are in a more rural area with limited options. Installation was quick and easy and the techs were fantastic. Our only complaint has been the lack of service with thick cloud cover.

August 19, 2026 I recently canceled our TDS internet due to almost constant buffering in a suburb surrounded by TDS customers. I had a credit balance at the time of cancelation. One month later TDS withdrew $112.69 from my bank account leaving me with $160.00 + credit because it was on autopay even though it had a credit balance and service had been canceled. I called for a refund and was told I'd have to wait from 120-150 days + 3 weeks + 10 days for my refund. What does that even mean? So TDS Corporate has the use of my money (and everyone else's)for 150 days. It's a racket. Don't get TDS and if you do DON'T do auto pay. Predatory policies!

April 23, 2026 I was overcharged for several months. I had a $49.95 3 yr plan, but I was overcharged and TDS promised to credit me for the overcharges but they never did. I spent hours on the phone with them! I cancelled and then found out that they DO NOT prorate for partial months service. CANNOT RECOMMEND! go with Quantum fiber!
