January 16, 2026 Spectrum has been dependable as far as my internet and cable connections. Their customer support has always been extremely helpful and kind. When we have an outage or storm interruption of services, Spectrum always keeps me updated and restores service fairly quickly. The internet speed is also great. No major complaints at all.

January 07, 2026 I’ve been using Xfinity for several years, and overall the service has been reliable with fast internet speeds that support streaming, gaming, and working from home. The setup process was straightforward, and their equipment is easy to use. While I’ve occasionally experienced outages, they’re usually resolved quickly, and customer service has improved in recent years. Pricing can be a bit high compared to competitors, especially after promotional periods end, but the performance has generally justified the cost.
