April 25, 2025 We've had Dobson for a little over a year now, and we love them. We waited months watching them installing lines in our town, just waiting for them to get to our area, as we were so ready to be able to change providers. When it finally opened up for our address, we were able to sign up and get it installed about a week later. Since then, we've only lost service a couple of times, which compared to our last provider is nothing, and each time they've been quick on the repairs to get us back online. We had an issue about a month ago where we didn't have internet one Saturday morning, and a tech support phone call later, we traced down that a mouse had chewed through our modem's power cord, so it wasn't working properly. We put in a repair ticket, thinking it would be Monday before they got anyone out to replace it. Nope, less than an hour later there was a tech at my door with a new cord and we had internet again, on a Saturday. We couldn't ask for more!

March 03, 2025 It's better than alot of other internet providers around here. I know alot of people who have switched to Dobson Fiber. I don't have any complaints, the speed is great, the pricing and plans are great. Customer Service is awesome, they work with you if you need it. I HIGHLY recommend Dobson Fiber.
