March 06, 2026 For the most part, the service has been reliable although speed can vary throughout the day, depending on how many devices I have running. Other than the nationwide blackout that occurred about a week ago, I am satisfied with Century Link.

Cox Cable
March 01, 2026 I think they are too expensive. I don't like they give new customer's better deals than someone like me who has been with them for over 20 years. I also do not like they no longer pay to have equipment sent to your, or sent back to them which they used to do. Not everyone has access to a drop off or can afford to pay UPS.

February 15, 2026 Overall a decent experience with Cox. I am currently on a promotion plan of $50/month for my plan; however, once this ends I will likely switch to some other company because I know the prices skyrocket for cox after the promotion ends. I had some issues with outages when I first signed up; however, for the last year I feel like the outages have been more appropriate and only one every few months. Speeds are overall fine. I work from home every day and we stream a lot of TV/youtube etc. When we do play video games there does not seem to be any issues but we do not play very often.

February 07, 2026 COX is pretty much the only choice. I could get the 5G crap, but that is unreliable at best. I will upgrade eventually. There are 2 gbps plans that might be worth trying.
