AT&T DSL
April 26, 2023 Unfortunetly I have been completely unsatisfied with my internet/cable service provider. The pricing is the highest I have seen and the speed of the internet is slow and often disconnects. Upon renewel of my contract I was unaware of the price increase and was not told of it by the employee who helped me renew my contract. Since that day I have been trying to get help to get me out of my contract or lower my payment, but that hasn't happened yet. I have been a customer for over 10 years, but I won't be for much longer.

March 31, 2023 Our overall experience with Xfifnity has been positive. Our internet is fairly reliable and fast. The times we have had issues however, dealing with customer service on the phone is hit or miss. Also the price has increased over time, but as mentioned it is mostly reliable.

January 08, 2023 I am moderately happy with my internet provider. I've been with them for over four years and have had several problems. For the majority of the time they are reliable but there are times where the internet randomly cuts out for half an hour. I contacted them each time and their response was always somewhere along the lines of ƒ??we're having issues with the service in your areaƒ?. Each time the internet went out, it was very inconvenient since I rely on it for more than half of the day. We were never offered anything to make up for the issues that were out of our control. There were also occasions where they randomly added an extra fee to our bill without us asking, but a call fixed the problem and they adjust it back to the original plan. They should definitely make plans to upgrade their service along with the customer service!
