XFINITY Fiber
January 23, 2026 Overall, I am pretty satifisfied with Xfinity's service. It is pretty reliable but tends to get overloaded and will buffer if too many things are using the internet at the same time which can be frustrating. We did have a major incident with them updating the system overnight and it caused an issue with the modem that we had purchased on our own. The update would no longer communicate with our modem and we had to wait almost 4 days for a tech to come out. This was aggravating because we have two online students and they were missing out on class. However, we were able to get a free modem from Xfinity and things have been going well since then. I would use them again if they provided service in our new location.
