AT&T Fiber
August 19, 2024 From initial install to fully operational, took about six months because the original installer in ways that were described beyond my comprehension of how fiber works, did not do a competent job and created several problems that then had to be discovered and corrected over the next six months. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with but it Seemed that everyone could only fix part of the problem and so the entire issue just kept getting shuffled around. The Internet service, but I did receive For the first six months was far below the rates guaranteed and was plagued with outages. The only reason that this was tolerated was because they did not deny that I should not be paying a service fee for anything during this time so I actually was credited. I had already paid and was not charged anything until the new Fully operational service and even then they gave a three month credit for being a patient. It was incredibly difficult and quite frustration at the very least they were not charging me anything and they were keeping their eyes on maintaining me as a customer.

Delta High Speed Internet Satellite
March 19, 2024 My husband discovered Speednet while searching for reliable internet. We were very unhappy with AT&T and needed something with much better speed. My biggest complaint about Speednet is that you cannot create an online account to manage your payments, report problems or see solutions to common connectivity issues. Otherwise, Speednet has been very pleasing. We have unlimited internet for 103.00 dollars per month but this price is acceptable because we have one child in college, one child in virtual high school (which is completely online,) streaming services and many other uses for the internet.
