May 24, 2023 AT&T has been really good with their customer service. We have had our internet line broken 3 times by construction and our own pets. Each time, AT&T has taken care of it without charge. They also upgraded us to theie cellular plan which had better service than Verizon and saved us money.

April 23, 2023 My internet itself is fine. The speed is great. The issue I have is the lack of communication. I have had multiple times where my internet went down, so I call them. Their response is well it was scheduled maintenance, but I was never sent an email or a text or anything despite being signed up for the notifications. I have had my price locked in for 2 years then a 6 months later they try to hit me with a price increase and waste an hour of my time to get it back to what it was. Speed is great, but customer service is lacking A LOT.
