May 01, 2026 I wish there was a discount for continued customers. It seems you can get a deal to become one, but it is hard to get a loyalty discount. There are not a lot of choices out there, so usually it is not easy to switch to a different provider. They like to sell you extra bells and whistles, but when it comes time to giving you a break on your pricing, it is usually the same story. Sorry, there are currently no discounts available for you. I wish there were better options out there.

March 29, 2026 The service is fairly reliable, and they do come immediately to assist with issues. However, customer service is not very good. I wish they would have more polite customer service. But I do like that they are available almost everywhere.
