Spectrum Cable
September 23, 2024 Spectrum is terribly slow and do nothing to compenstate their customers when they have continous outages almost 5-9 times out of the month. If I pay for something monthly, you expect it to work the entire month but that's not the case and spectrum refuses to compenstate their customers back. If I had any other option to switch internet providers and pay more for them, I would but spectrum is about the only "good" internet you can get out here in this city.

Spectrum Cable
April 26, 2023 For the many years (10+) that we've had Spectrum as our internet provider, overall our experience has been very positive. One thing I've liked over the years has been the price. In comparison to other services available in my area, Spectrum is the best value for the cost & the speed we get. Between the price, not having many interruptions in service (most of the ones we had were due to weather), and customer service being very helpful the few times I've had to contact them, I don't see our house changing internet providers anytime in the near future.
