Fewer channels with higher cost,,,,, channels no longer available seems to be more than what is available. RIPOFF

My Internet provider is running by the City of Bardstown, as well as our electricity and cable tv services. There is one tech who handles incoming calls, the high school children are hired to work after school and on weekends. They will just shut their phones down if there is an early morning outage rather than addressing the outage or posting to inform the public that it's being worked on. The one tech is great when they are there and since it's such a small town truck rolls are usually same day if required. I work from home and require a minimum of 10Mbps which is the maximum they can offer for Internet services. There are no competitors that offer service here.

When internet goes out for like a couple days they do no offer any kind of refund. In other words if you only get 28 out of 30 days that internet works they ought to make you pay 28/30 of the bill.

Bardstown internet has been under fire from its customers for years. They do not want to update their services which cause us to suffer. The internet drops 5 to 10 times per day. The city often has city wide outages at least once a week that lasts for over 1 hour. Eventually I will leave this provider when I can afford better.

My internet service provider is Bardstown Internet Service. It has consistently been one of the worst internet providers for years. Unfortunately, in this small town, if you live inside city limits, it is literally your only option. Otherwise, I am confident the majority of the city's population would choose another provider. The internet speed is not good, even with their most expensive plan, and you never get anywhere close to the speed they advertise. What's worse is the frequency with which the service is interrupted, sometimes for 24 hours or more. It's that bad.
