I couldn't ask for a better internet provider. To keep it simple, I'll just say no thank you to every large company cable or cell offer for internet until my last breath.

I moved from an hour away with fiber to Dunlap with DSL. The price is the same as my fiber with Spectrum previously but speeds do not match. Their wifi is comically slow for what I'm paying for. Upload speed is not as advertised. It's about 3 MB. Also not to mention download speed.. it's better than download but simple apps from the appstore take 15 minutes to download when they download instantly via 5G wireless data. Feels like they're running a monopoly knowing most of us can't obtain fiber and they've got basically no competition besides satellite.

I very much love our internet service provider. While installing fiber did take a bit longer than anticipated, it was worth the wait. Service is rarely interrupted, very reliable, quite fast, and the cost is less than our previous service. We’ve had no issues since install, and those who have had issues tend to report that customer service is quick to respond and help resolve the issues in a timely manner. I can honestly say I recommend them highly.

My internet provider has really stepped it up when we got the fiber optic upgrade. The older dsl was just slower and less reliable. This fiber has allowed my spouse to start working from home with the higher upload speeds. The other options here were dial up or hope to get Starlink. Every satellite option I have tried has had a horrible data limit so it was not an option. Our price is a little high but I am just so glad to have this as an option. Not only has it allowed us to work from home, it has made streaming much more enjoyable, the quality of the picture is fantastic at 4k. All in all, I highly appreciate what my internet provider does for my location.
