Customer Reviews
A Chattanooga, TN Customer
XFINITY Cable
June 06, 2025 Xfinity provides a broad range of internet plans, making it a convenient choice for many households, but the value for the cost can be disappointing. While the advertised speeds are competitive, the actual performance often falls short, with noticeable slowdowns during peak usage times. This inconsistency can be frustrating, especially for those who rely on stable internet for work, streaming, or gaming. Additionally, the pricing structure feels steep, particularly after the initial promotional period ends, leaving customers paying a premium for subpar reliability. Although the coverage and availability are strong in many areas, the service quality and cost often leave much to be desired, making it hard to justify the high monthly bill without significant improvements.

EPB Power Fiber
May 23, 2025 EPB delivers exactly what they promise—lightning-fast internet speeds. I’ve been impressed with how quickly it downloads video games, especially when using a wired connection. With 1GB speeds, I can install large games in just minutes, which is a huge time-saver. The reliability and performance are unmatched, making EPB a great choice for gamers and heavy internet users.

EPB Power Fiber
May 12, 2025 I'm overall happy with my internet service provider, other than the random add-ons that don't truly understand what they are, or why I pay for them. For example, my internet provider charges me an extra $10 for "Smart Home Network". I have no idea what this service is actually supposed to provide, haven't been able to easily asses that information, and haven't figured out how to cancel the service if it's truly optional. I want to be charged what the service costs, up-front. Questionable add-ons like these with low perceived value decrease my satisfaction with my internet provider.

EPB Power Fiber
March 20, 2025 I love EPB Fiber because the speeds are fast and very reliable. I switched from AT&T DSL to EPB Fiber 3 years ago due to being unsatisfied with the slow speed they offered. With EPB I have 1 gig and haven't had a single slowdown. We are able to maintain fast speeds with several computers and smart TVs streaming content daily.
