The streaming box needs to be rebooted once every day and it constantly reverts back to the home menu when you’re trying to open an app, it takes about 3 attempts. The only good thing is that you can hook up multiple TV’s in one location.

Blue Ridge is generally a reliable provider. The prices are quite reasonable and the speed is powerful - plus the app allows for a lot of options for network management. Download speed is quite fast and we can run quite a lot of device online at the same time. My experience with their service has been pretty great so far too. The workers who installed my system were very funny and quite friendly. Generally no complaints apart from some random glitches in connection and overpriced upgrades.

All that said, Blue Ridge is an easy recommend.

Blue Ridge is a mid-grade internet provider I have been using since I moved to the area. The wifi is slow and spotty. It can never be trusted to work efficiently. However, for the price, it does get the job done. I do miss having Verizon because of the speed. I miss the days of not having to wait for videos to load or constantly refreshing a page until it loads correctly. This is the only provider in the area so I am unfortunately stuck with it.

Im satisfied with my internet service and provider. The price is fair as well as speed. When I moved into my house it was easy and quick to have it installed. There was also an app I could download that made it so I could have control over passwords/wifi and it was very easy.
