May 08, 2023 My internet provider is about the only provider in our area so we kind of have no choice. I wish we had more options on internet providers so prices could be more competitive. The speed of our internet can vary and isn't the most reliable especially when trying to stream tv. If there were other providers that could provide stability we would switch.

September 09, 2025 I think they should lower their prices. Because internet is vital for all streaming platforms, I would spend more for better quality. The extension and radius of the current wifi system also isn't great on multiple levels in the same household. It should be able to withstand zoom meetings, but during covid it would constantly not tolerate the bandwidth for typical zoom meetings.
