Fiber Customer here. - Since moving in the area, my wife and I work in public sector from home, require reliable internet, and was looking for a top tier Internet Service Provider in our area. CassComm provided that and more. We've had then for a few years now, and their services are everything we asked for; reliable, fast, affordable, consistent, quick and professional customer service. They are always ready to answer phones to resolve any billing/service issues, and answer questions on their social media. Their field techs/linemen are some of the toughest and most skilled in the state, and respond just as fast if not faster than our electric providers during power outages regardless of the harsh weather conditions. Our family has had them for a couple years now and plan on growing with them during our time here. Thanks Casscomm! You all are really great.

For the area where we live, it's ok. I feel like they get faster service and then it gradually slows down over time. I don't think they keep up on increasing their speeds to compete with other companies very well.

I have had Cass internet service since they ran the lines into the town and it has consistently been wonderful. Reaching a real human being is easy when I have a problem, they fix things within hours if there's an ourage, and they deliver great speeds. I still am on their cable at home and I get nearly the same speeds as I do on their fiber optic at work. They recently installed the box on my home for fiber and I am excited for the change. This is much better than the experiences I had in college with Insight and then Comcast. I hope they are in business and providing high quality service for another century!
