January 12, 2025 The rep who came to us during installation in our neighborhood was very polite and informative. Any time I have had an issue, which is rare, the CSR talked to me like a person, not a 'dumb woman' like most tend too.
They are quick to repair service when fiber cords are cut by construction, and have an awesome app where I can suspend individual devices, put them on a timer, or schedule the internet to disconnect from a device at a certain time. This is great for having teens!

December 15, 2024 Mediacom has been a decent internet provider in our home. Although, they do have their flaws. Often times we will have outages in our area and they are either quick to get it running or can take hours-days.

December 10, 2024 This is the first time we've had it with I 3 for about a year. We haven't had any trouble all year up till the last month or two , and we've had two or three outages. We are hoping that it doesn't become a habit. But I don't know and that it's been a pretty good company.

i3 Broadband Fiber
February 22, 2023 The speeds are great and pretty reliable. I don't have issues with my connection dropping as much as I did with another big name broadband provider. The customer service is really nice and gives you that small family owned business feeling when you call. I had a few issues with my bill at the very beginning and they went above and beyond to fix the issues and gave me a free month to make up for it. I haven't had any billing issues since. The rate is competitive to others but I wish it were a bit lower. I really can't complain though since the service is reliable, fast, and customer service is actually helpful.
