I like my internet provider because I never have problems when I’m using it for school or work. My previous provider I had paid so much money for and it was horrible. This provider was already installed in the house that I bought so I didn’t have to worry about looking around to get the best deals. I have never had to contact the internet provider because of slow or no working internet. Overall I think this is the best internet provider I have ever had.

We got with our internet provider about 3 years ago and for the price it was definitely worth it. When we first bought our house, the provider was brand new and still running lines in the community so there was a lot of issues in the beginning. But compared to other providers, Centric is very adamant about customer service and also works throughout the night during an outage or maintenance work regardless of the house. They have been great with communication and updating through email about the issues that were found and ETAs on when the work will be completed as well.

We have had a pleasant experience with our internet provider for a little over a year now. The speed is exceptional and set up was fairly fast however, being next to the coast our internet goes out often. Within the last week our internet has gone out twice, and affects my productivity on days I WFH. Fortunately, most times the internet comes back pretty fast but on days we have storms (which is completely understandable) it takes hours. Other than that we have throughly enjoyed the service provided.
