Ezee Fiber
July 01, 2025 EZ Fiber has the best customer service that I have experienced of all the internet service providers I have tried. We signed up through a door to door salesperson, and she gave us her cell phone number in case we had any trouble with the installation. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would. About a month later, the internet stopped working, so we called her and she got the right people on the phone to solve our problem- which was that we thought we were on autopay but we weren't. Their rates are affordable, much less than what the big companies charge. It's been over a year and we haven't had any issues at all.

XFINITY Cable
October 17, 2024 Myself and my family have been going on what seems a never ending hunt to find reliable internet for a decent price. We’ve tried all of the major companies and are feeling stuck with xfinity at the moment. It seems like the price is consistently going up but the service is going down. Our connection is constantly breaking up and dropping to extremely low download speeds. It gets to the point where it’s hard to operate multiple devices on the network. It’s also like pulling teeth anytime you have to speak to a customer service representative.

MidSouth Fiber
April 10, 2023 We live in a somewhat rural area so for a long time we didn't have many internet options. Before fiber was available, we used AT&T. While the service/speed was ok, the price was too high. We made sure to sign up as soon as we heard that a company was installing fiber in our neighborhood. Our speed was increase 500% and the price was almost half of what we were paying with AT&T. We're incredibly satisfied with Midsouth Fiber.
