troublesome company, No real trouble shooting. cant configure ipv6. desk help plays blame game and threatens $120 tech visit for degraded service and intermittent issues. sells a larger bandwidth plan hoping for resolve then cant even produce said service upgrade. 360mbps lan on a 500mbps plan. all documented perhaps they think bandwidth is there weakness. bandwidth doesn't fix the HFC structure or configuring issues... js. weak security btw

I have been very pleased with my internet service overall. We’ve been using Empower since it became available in our rural area about 2 years ago. We had some minor issues immediately after installation. However, they were handled professionally and efficiently. I feel that the service is quite affordable. I’m satisfied with the speed and customer service in general.
