We love EPB! Yes I still think the 2 Gig Fiber is a bit over priced, however it’s consistent and the speed is amazing even if it’s the full speed to my devices.

I had EPB Fiber 1 gig at first and I wasn’t getting the speeds I wanted I was topping out at 40 mb down and like 20 mb up which is faster than most but just didn’t meet my needs.

So I upgraded to the 2 gig service and WOW! The speeds I get are amazing I am getting 350-450 down and matched upload speeds of 350-450 it’s so fast I used to start uploading artwork and go get a snack use the bathroom etc not now I start the upload and before I can stand up it’s done.

They are awesome very few outages and when it does go out they are here to fix it the same day not scheduling weeks out from then, and with my job working from home I’m very glad they are like that.

I give EPB 10/10 all day every day!!

I feel like hard wired in, EPB is the best internet in the area around my house. If it is WiFi, then the signal is easily lost. I have had to call service out twice due to the WiFi not working properly. I don't pay much, so I figure this is a good yin/yang type thing in life. Good with the bad.

EPB delivers exactly what they promise—lightning-fast internet speeds. I’ve been impressed with how quickly it downloads video games, especially when using a wired connection. With 1GB speeds, I can install large games in just minutes, which is a huge time-saver. The reliability and performance are unmatched, making EPB a great choice for gamers and heavy internet users.

I'm overall happy with my internet service provider, other than the random add-ons that don't truly understand what they are, or why I pay for them. For example, my internet provider charges me an extra $10 for "Smart Home Network". I have no idea what this service is actually supposed to provide, haven't been able to easily asses that information, and haven't figured out how to cancel the service if it's truly optional. I want to be charged what the service costs, up-front. Questionable add-ons like these with low perceived value decrease my satisfaction with my internet provider.
