Switched from Cox to Ideatek when they first came in January of this year. Speed and price wise they are a lot better than Cox. Although for some reason when the kids try and game after school they struggle more with lag than before the switch. It’s like once the sun sets the internet starts acting up.

I have recently switched to this internet provider from Cox. We pay 5 cents less a month for this service, but in return received so much more. We get a faster internet connection, larger download and upload compacity, and unlimited data. We also received free installation, along with 3 months free. The field tech that came to my home was very kind, personable and efficient. I have been recommending this provider at all my friends and family.

IdeaTek offers fiber internet and is a new service provider in my area. Prior to that we had Cox Communications. We were paying nearly double and getting 1/3 of the speed we were actually paying for. Fiber has been a game changer and I'll no never go back to coax.

Ideatek has been a great provider for us. They kept us notified about when they were coming to our area and had it installed shortly after. We were not happy with the placement of the cable at first and the installer quickly moved it to a better location with a great attitude!

We have had no problems with connection or speed in the few months we have had the fiber internet. We are very happy overall!

We live in a small community in Kansas and for many years the good only option that we had for internet service was Cox, as they had been the service that had brought in cable. Ideatek is a new company that has come into our town and central Kansas and has brought us fiber. Our cost with Cox internet service was almost identical to Ideatek, but with Ideatek, we were able to have fiber which seems to be more constant. We also have less down time.
