I am happy with Midsouth's overall service and speed. The only issue I could cite is the pricing, while not beyond reason, the internet pricing is a bit high especially when the monthly fee is added for their router you have to "rent". Outside of that, we are incredibly happy with our speeds and the internet consistency.

Setup was fast and didn't inconvenience me in any way. No crazy installation was necessary and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't even think about the router anymore it just sits there and I always have internet. Never had to even reset the router to fix anything, it just always works. Honestly, pretty fast and I have no issues with connectivity. I can even connect from my work shed which is decently outside the house.

MidSouth Electric fiber internet has been wonderful. We’ve had them for two years and have had 0 issues with them. The price seems fair in regards to other fiber companies and the speed has been great. No complaints and would definitely recommend them to others.

We live in a somewhat rural area so for a long time we didn't have many internet options. Before fiber was available, we used AT&T. While the service/speed was ok, the price was too high. We made sure to sign up as soon as we heard that a company was installing fiber in our neighborhood. Our speed was increase 500% and the price was almost half of what we were paying with AT&T. We're incredibly satisfied with Midsouth Fiber.
