Living in a small town, it has always been very difficult- and in some places, impossible, to get high speed internet. I remember as a child living here, I would use my dad’s prepaid hotspot playing games on the computer until I’d used it all up because we couldn’t get Wi-Fi at all where we were, much less fiber. Now, as an adult, it is such a joy to have access to fiber internet. Pearlcomm Fiber gets 5 out of 5 stars from me. Every time we have had questions, customer support has been nothing but kind and helpful. We never have buffering, and have never had interrupted service in the two years that we have had it.

Pearlcomm is a small local company, largely serving rural areas that are unserved or underserved by large companies like AT&T. It is very affordable ($54 a month for 100Mbps) and offers unlimited data. The customer service is entirely local, and all customer service agents speak fluent English and are friendly and helpful. Technical support is swift and usually consists of a person driving over within hours or even minutes.

Pearlcomm is a new internet provider in our area that was given a grant by the mississippi government To build infrastructure in rural areas. It took about

3 1/2 years for it to get to our house, but i'm extremely grateful for because it's allowed me to connect with the world outside and family while being able to still live in the countryside. I love being a gamer to and having my countryside living so the speed and latency is phenomenal for the price at $79.99 a month for 1 gig speeds with no data cap as before I was paying $120 and was throttled when I hit 300 GB of data in a month.
