C Spire Fiber
September 01, 2025 Speed is great, customer support is quick when you call... but its expensive for what it is. Also, frequent reliability issues, making it a bad deal for people who need reliable service. They also want to dodge responsibility despite having isolated the issue to THEIR installation, and want to charge six figure service fees just to come out even though its installed at an apartment. . All in all, avoid if you have the option.

C Spire Fiber
April 28, 2025 I've had Cspire's service for about a year now and I absolutely love it. I get the speeds that I pay for at a cheaper rate than my previous ISP. They came to do the install a day after a tropical storm rolled through our town, and it only took about an hours to complete. And it just works. Their customer service is responsive, and the two times we had an unscheduled outage, the service was restored within the day.

July 26, 2024 our only option in our area is hotspot with our cell company. I hate that they cap the data and internet speed is not that ideal. Speeds are too slow for my husband to watch twitch or play online gaming with group. It runs netflix, hulu ect ok . Cant wait until we get fiber internet option in our area

XFINITY Fiber
October 20, 2023 Xfinity has somewhat affordable prices if you get yearly contracts with them. They will give you some discount monthly but after the year is over, they start charging you the full amount without notice. For example, I was paying $50 for 500mb of internet speed and when the contract was over they started charging me $80. This was a little out of the blue for me because I wasn't keeping track that the contract was ending. It would have been nice to have some sort of warning. Their speed isn't all that great too, so I wouldn't recommend them that much.

XFINITY Cable
June 27, 2023 The internet service itself is great. It is fast and reliable, and there are rarely any interruptions. The company, however, has horrible customer service on the phone. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, and mainly have thick accents so that you can't understand what they're saying.
