The customer service for Quantum Fiber is the most horrible I've ever seen in my life sadly. Today the customer service gal named Deanne or Deanna, I couldn't understand her, that I got was rude, she kept making me repeat myself several times throughout the phone calls because she wasn't paying attention, she hung up on me three different times and I had to keep calling back, and I asked to talk to a manager several times and she absolutely refused to connect me to a manager so if you ever have any problems with this service guess what you will not get connected with a service manager to resolve any issues because the customer service people that answer the phone are very controlling and they need to know every single detail before they'll even think about POSSIBLY letting you talk to a service manager. Our service was supposed to be set up a few days after we paid for it and it didn't end up getting set up for 3 weeks! Don't waste your time or money!

Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. I work from home and speeds are the slowest I've experienced. Additionally their techs call off and leave you without service knowing you are dependent on their service for work. My appointment was cancelled via a text at 6am , which is extremely unprofessional almd the. They reschedule another appointment for 10 days out on a Saturday that I have a funeral to attend. Representative Jason don't even offer or attempt to find another appointment time Disgusting and unprofessional! I have never been treated so poorly and will let everyone know of my experience with Quantum and after losing an immediate family member.

I am overall satisfied with the service provided by Quantum and am very happy with the price, it's a third of the price we were paying our previous provider. However, there have been several times when our internet service has gone down and I find it hard to get information on why or what is happening. There is an outage map on their website but it doesn't give detailed information like how long the service interruption is expected to last. There has been just one time that service was down for several days, and they did offer a credit for the following month's service charge which I very much appreciated. Despite the outages we've experienced I definitely prefer the fiber optic service because it's much faster than cable and we get better wifi service throughout our entire two story house.

We far prefer Quantum Fiber to Comcast/Xfinity who we had previously, and the Spectrum service we have at another home.

When provider installed they cut neighbors line, had to dig hole to run. We had to call and complain. Neighbor had to wait a day to have fixed. Another reason unhappy is long wait time when we had a city wide outage. Checked social media and ended up using X to reach company. They never responded nor offered a bill credit.
