US Internet Fiber
December 08, 2025 We had been longtime Xfinity subscribers, but the price kept going up after the introductory period. I called/chatted with them and got my rate returned back to a reasonable amount ($55/month) and was told it would stay there. But then a little while later it started creeping up again and was over $75/month before I knew it. I had seen good reviews in my neighborhood's social media about USI fiber, so I decided to make the switch. The installation setup was easy to arrange, they were non-intrusive despite having to drill into the house and lay a conduit line from our boulevard to the house. The speed has been great, no interruptions, and the price stays constant at $65/month. No complaints so far!

US Internet Fiber
September 18, 2025 I used Century link for high speed internet for over 10 years. When I moved into my current apartment it was wired with USI fiber, and I decided to move away from Century Link. I was surprised by the costs difference, with USI, I was paying less for a better internet service. Initially I was dubious, as I suspected that the lower costs may mean that I would be paying for less quality overall. Surprisingly, the last 4 years of using USI as a provider has proven a great decision. My service has never been disrupted or slowed. The price has never increased and I couldn't be happier.

XFINITY Fiber
August 17, 2025 Xfinity is overall a great service provider for internet. It is fast, easy to use, and affordable. We can easily get ahold of customer service for questions or concerns, which are addressed quickly and efficiently. After four years as a customer, I have no plans on changing internet providers anytime soon!
