I been got my internet installed about 2 weeks ago and i been calling and asking when my internet gone be online they keep giving the same answer and never giving me a call back! Worse customer service I ever dealt with!

Total scam. Been paying $140/month for “1 GB internet” while they advertise the exact same plan for $80. When I called, they refused to adjust or credit me. They take advantage of small towns with no competition and bleed customers dry. Absolute trash business practice — AVOID IT IF YOU CAN. Literally choose any other internet provider.

Swift is very good when it works. Service is out as much as it works. Very much overpriced for the service provided. Service was much better before fiber optic.
