September 30, 2023 I am very satisfied with my internet provider. They are local and have great customer service. The few times I have had to call them, I get local people on the line. They are able to answer my questions on the spot. I used to use a big national company, horrible customer service, internet went out all the time.

April 17, 2023 Spectrum internet is a decent service but so expensive. The price goes up every year. Unfortunately Spectrum is the only decent provider in the area so we're a bit stuck with them. However, their customer service is top notch. I really have no single issue with that aspect of their company.
